The hipster of today?

Did he trade his three-piece suit for a flannel shirt?

An ivory cane for a soy latte?

A waxed mustache for a bitchin' beard?

A bowler hat for a beanie?

A whistled tune for a Spotify app?

Would they think each other weird, or dreamy?

Would they be able to reconcile

Proper decorum

Or personal style?

Would they be bros or would they clash?

Could they ever agree on a tag to hash?

Perhaps it would not end worth a damn.

A duel on the street?

Or on Instagram?

Swords or pistols?

Memes or blogs?

A gentleman's honor?

Or a hipster's cause?
